Picks up in 1 to 2 seconds
Before she answers, QRSaaS prepares your restaurant, your hours and the first name of the regular who is calling. No awkward silence.
AI receptionist · artificial intelligence
In the middle of a rush or after closing, Laura picks up, takes the booking by voice and puts it on your floor plan, confirmed. She speaks French and hands the call to your team when needed. You keep your number.
Bonjour, merci d'appeler ! Je peux vous aider ?
Une table pour 4, samedi à 19 h.
À 19 h, c'est complet. J'ai une table à 19 h 30 ou à 18 h 45. Laquelle vous convient ?
19 h 30, parfait. C'est au nom de Marc.
C'est réservé, Marc ! Vous recevez un texto de confirmation.
What Laura does
Laura knows your real hours, your floor plan and your kitchen pacing: she never promises a table you don't have.
Before she answers, QRSaaS prepares your restaurant, your hours and the first name of the regular who is calling. No awkward silence.
Party size, day, time, name: she asks the right questions and puts the reservation, confirmed, on your floor plan.
If 7 p.m. is full, she offers the nearest free time. If you're closed, she says so, with your real closing time.
She combines tables as long as the seats add up and gives you a heads-up. Above the threshold you choose, she hands the call to your team.
She recognizes the number of a guest in your list and greets them by first name. A doubtful name is never read out.
The guest gets a text confirmation with a link to cancel or move the booking. You get a text on your alert number.
After closing she takes bookings without sending texts. You get a single recap when you open.
A caller hangs up without booking? They go on the shared "call back" list. Every call, its outcome and its cost are on the Calls page.
Your number stays the same
You get a local number in one click, then forward your line to Laura, ideally only when nobody answers. Nothing to reprint, nothing to change on Google or your website.
Straight talk
Better to know up front: in these cases, Laura hands the call to your team or takes a message.
Not just restaurants
For an appointment-based business, Laura books the service and the staff member the caller wants, based on their real availability.
One reservation workspace
Laura writes into the QRSaaS reservation workspace: live floor plan, kitchen pacing, walk-ins. Online booking and the floor plan are free forever.
FAQ
Laura speaks French. When a caller wants to speak English, she hands the call to your team. That makes her a fit for French-speaking restaurants in Quebec and for bilingual teams who want the French calls covered.
Yes. Laura never pretends to be a person: if a caller asks, she says she is the restaurant's virtual assistant, then carries on with the booking.
No. You get a local number in one click and forward your line to it, ideally only when you don't answer. Your team picks up first and Laura catches the calls you would have missed. Your real number never changes.
Laura takes the booking just like during the day. Nobody is woken up by a text: you get one recap when you open, with the list of the night's calls.
Call minutes are paid in advance. When less than 3 minutes of credit are left, the AI stops answering and your calls go straight to your line: never a surprise bill. Details are on the pricing page.
Not yet. Today Laura takes reservations and appointments; for an order, she hands the call to your team.
We'll show you a real call, the booking landing on the floor plan, and how to forward your line.
