Guests pick their table
They see your real floor plan and choose a free table for their time. Otherwise the smallest table that fits is assigned automatically. Never a double booking.
Live floor plan
Tables free, booked soon, booked, seated, late or blocked, in 2D or 3D. Full screen on the host-stand tablet.
Kitchen pacing
A cap on covers per quarter hour, per day and per service (lunch, dinner), so the kitchen doesn't get 40 covers at 7 p.m.
Walk-ins in two taps
Long-press a free table, enter the party size, done. A counter shows the night's covers, reservations and walk-ins.
Large parties
Tables combine as long as the seats add up, with no overbooking. Block tables for a private event and they disappear from online booking.
Confirmation and reminder
An email confirmation in the guest's language, a reminder the day before (by text if they left no email) and an add-to-calendar button.
Guests manage their booking
They fix their name, leave a message, cancel or move their booking up to 5 hours before. You're notified of every change.
The Free plan includes 1 QR code, 1 staff account and 300 QR code scans a month (past that, guests still book from your mini-site). First-name text confirmations and tracing your floor plan from a photo need a paid plan.
No commission
A reservation costs you $0

Yes. The QRSaaS Free plan is free forever: no credit card and no trial countdown. Online reservations, the floor plan, the live view, kitchen pacing and walk-ins are all included.
Are there per-cover or per-booking fees?
No. QRSaaS charges no commission, per booking or per cover. Whether you take 10 or 1,000 reservations a month, they cost you $0.
How many reservations can I take on the Free plan?
The Free plan has no limit on reservations. It includes 1 QR code, 1 staff account and 300 QR code scans a month: past that, the QR code journey pauses until next month, but booking from your mini-site keeps working.
Do my guests need to download an app to book?
No. Guests book in their browser, from your mini-site, your QR code or the link you add to Instagram, Facebook or your website. They get an email confirmation and a reminder the day before.
Does it work for a café, a bar or a salon?
Yes. A café without a floor plan books against the pacing you set, a bar can take reservations past midnight, and a salon, barbershop or clinic offers its services with a choice of staff member.
Can I upgrade to a paid plan later?
Yes, whenever you like, and you can move back to the Free plan without losing anything: your reservations, floor plan and guest list stay.
